Hugo Ferreira Ribeiro is a solutions focused sports executive, where he combines extensive experience in Education (Teaching) with strong football business expertise. He has been a part of several International projects both in and outside of Portugal. Hugo has also been part of recognized Portuguese sports organizations - Sport Lisboae Benfica or Sporting Club of Portugal.
With 20 years of experience in the football industry in different positions and roles, between management, coaching and recruiting, but with a special focus in Sports academy development models. Experienced in the creation of strategic road maps for sports projects and in spearheading conceptualized models as well as in-the-ground implementation.
He's fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French, and has lived in different countries throughout Europe and in the United States. He's married and lives in Lisbon with his wife and their two children.
